  • WHAT WE DO?

    The Bachelor of Human Resource prepares students to manage the development of human capital in organizations.
    It includes instruction in personnel and organization policy, human resource dynamics and flows, labor relations, civil rights, human resources law and regulations, motivation and compensation systems, recruitment and selection, and managing employee and job training programs.

  • ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

    Passed STPM with min 2 ‘C’, and passed Maths and English at SPM/SPMV level
    OR
    One Year Foundation Program from Universiti Selangor (UNISEL) with at least a CGPA of 2.00
    OR
    A recognized Matriculation Certificate with at least a CGPA of 2.00
    OR
    Passed STAM (jayyid), and passed Bahasa Malaysia & English at SPM level
    OR
    Diploma qualification or its equivalent from any accredited IPTA or IPTS with at least a CGPA of 2.00
    OR
    Passed H.S.C / A' Level / Alim with min 2′C’, and passed Maths & English at SPM/ O' Level / S.S.C / Dakhil level
    OR
    Passed UEC with 5′B’ including Maths & English. For international students, a min of 5.5 score in IELTS.
